Will it get stuck when rotating? Does it easily loosen after locking?
No, it won’t get stuck. We adopt a precision gear structure for smooth rotation without jamming; the locking design has passed 1000+ opening and closing tests, and can bear up to 5kg after locking. It will not loosen during daily walking or sports (running, basketball, etc.) unless actively rotated in the opposite direction to unlock.
Will the smoothness of rotation decrease after long-term use?
It will not decrease significantly under normal use. Our gear structure is added with wear-resistant grease to reduce friction loss; if there is slight jamming after long-term use, you can wipe the dust in the gear gap with a dry cloth, no need to add extra oil, and it will return to smoothness.
Can customized products be returned or exchanged?
Customized products (including logo and color customization) are exclusively produced and do not support return or exchange unless there is a quality problem. A sample will be provided for confirmation before placing the order, and mass production will be carried out only after confirmation. If there is a quality problem (such as logo peeling, product breakage) after receiving the goods, you can apply for a free replacement with proof.
